Property Management Specialists

We invest in our people’s development to ensure both we and our clients stay consistently ahead of the game. Everyone is qualified within their relevant field and are Chartered Members of at least one of the following professional bodies:

  • ICF (Institute of Chartered Foresters)
  • RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects)
  • RIAS (Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland)
  • NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents)
  • CAAV (Central Association of Agricultural Valuers)
  • RTPI ( Royal Town Planning Institute)
  • CIM ( Chartered Institute of Marketing)

In addition, our Quality Management system meets requirements for ISO 9001:2008 and is certified by UKAS.  Bell Ingram is also an Achilles Verify Category B2 supplier.
