Within Bell Ingram we are aware of current thinking with regard
to the impact of Climate Change on our environment and the
challenges and opportunities that this presents for corporate and
private clients. We have in recent years amassed a considerable
resource of expertise in a number of areas for example:
Windfarms
We have considerable experience in the referencing and
negotiation of terms for leases and accesses & also the
valuation of sites.
Hydro Schemes
We have assisted a number of landowner clients to develop
private hydro projects sometimes with the involvement of an external
developer.
Building Design
Bell Ingram Design are working on numerous projects
incorporating state of the art technology and materials from
renewable sources to reduce the carbon footprint of buildings
including a carbon neutral eco-house.
Our forestry department have developed planting schemes for
corporate and private clients interested in generating carbon
credits.
Biomass
We have negotiated timber contacts for clients selling
timber for chipping and the new generation of biomass power
stations.
European ETS
Bell Ingram has developed an alliance with FutureCamp GmbH
who also specialise in advising corporate clients on projects
designed to generate carbon credits which can be traded under the
European Emissions Trading Scheme.
