Top Staff Members Shortlisted at National Estate and Letting Agent Awards

Bell Ingram has been shortlisted for prestigious industry awards (ESTAS) thanks to our recognised excellent customer service.
Staff from Bell Ingram’s Oban office will attend the Estate Agent and Letting Agents Awards (ESTAS) in London in April and presented by Phil Spencer of Channel 4's Location, Location, Location.
The Oban office has been put forward in the Top 10 Estate Agent in Scotland award, and Jackie Moore, residential lettings manager for the Oban office, will compete against 27 other staff from 400 agencies from across the UK for the Highly Commended award.
Paul Nicoll, director of Bell Ingram, Oban said “We take our levels of customer service very seriously because we know clients have a choice. We have always been very proud of the personal service we provide so this is great way to demonstrate how good we really are.”
The ESTAS – now in its eight year – are the largest and longest running awards in the industry that determine the best estate agents in the country through research carried out amongst customers.
More than 26,000 questionnaires were completed by customers for the competition and the 2011 awards will take place at the Hilton Park Lane in London on Friday, April 15.
Simon Brown, owner of the ESTAS, explained: “The ESTAS has always been, and will continue to be a team competition, but we also believe staff who have been integral to the customer service experience should be recognised.
“We are therefore highlighting individuals based on the comments we have received from the thousands of customers who have completed questionnaires.”
