With Derek Tyson MRICS FAAV Associate with Bell Ingram at the gavel, to sell the highly productive arable land at Brockholme Farm, Thornton-le-Moor, Northallerton, which was lotted as follows:

Derek Tyson of Bell Ingram’s Thirsk office said afterwards “This was grade 2 arable land sold to local and neighbouring farmers i.e. no investors or ‘life style’ buyers.  The highest priced individual lot was No. 5 at £193 000 i.e. £10,472 per acre.  I have been auctioning land for over 30 years and I am amazed and delighted at last night’s result.”
