    We are delighted to announce the recent promotions of the following members of the Bell Ingram family

    Julian Clarke - Promoted to Senior Land Agent

    Julian ClarkeSince joining Bell Ingram in February 2004 Julian has gained his MRICS qualification (2006) and has since become an integral part of the Perth Rural Land Management team.  Julian not only assists Mike Thompson and Mark Mitchell with a number of management clients/professional work but he plays a key role in our Scottish Water Estates Management Contract where he commands much respect from the client as well as his integration and communication with many of their Tenants.

    Mark Mitchell - Promoted to Main Board Director

    Mark MitchellMark was appointed a Divisional Director in 2007 and has since taken on a greater responsibility in the Lands Management Department in Perth and is now responsible for overseeing Perth Estate Agency.

    Mark has assisted Mike Thompson is developing the Perth Rural Land Management team and has recently had success in securing a new contract with the National Trust for work throughout Scotland.  He is currently tendering for further Forestry Commission work and will also take on responsibility for the existing Forestry Commission valuation work.  Mark is well respected by clients and colleagues alike and the Directors very much look forward to Mark joining the Board and helping to further progress and expand the Rural Land Management Department in Perth. 

    Steven Hornby - Promoted to Associate Director

    Steven HornbySteven joined Bell Ingram in 2008 when Bell Ingram took over the management and estate agency businesses of DM Mackinnon in Oban.  Steven is now responsible for the Agency Department in Oban and manages a team of five staff dedicated to selling properties on the west coast.

    It has been a very difficult twelve months for Agency nationwide, but under Steven's guidance the Oban Office has appeared to buck the trend by continuing to sell property throughout the recent recession.  

    Steven is keen to assist by offering his Oban Agency experience for the benefit of other parts of the Company and we look forward to his enthusiastic help with developing the Company's Agency business.
