Office space at Glenshellach House, Oban now let to Dawson Energy Ltd

The Oban Office of Bell Ingram Ltd, is delighted to announce the recent letting, on behalf of their clients, New Land (Argyll) Ltd, of office space at Glenshellach House to Dawson Energy Ltd. Following this success, there is now only 886sqft available to let at the property.
Glenshellach House, which is located on Glengallan Road within Oban, comprises a modern office and warehouse development which has proved extremely popular with occupiers.
