MANAGEMENT

Rural land management is our core business and the company currently provides management services on around 350,000 hectares (865,000 acres) across the UK ranging from intensive arable/stock farming to upland and extensive hill sheep units and sporting estates. The management service provided is entirely flexible and varies depending on each individual property or business and the degree of involvement required by the client.

For some larger properties we provide a full time resident land agent and for smaller properties our service is tailored to suit the client's exact needs. The service can be restricted to 'ad hoc' professional advice or the provision of selected specialist services such as forestry management, estate agency, building surveying and architectural design.

Our land management team strives to maximise the potential for our clients ensuring they get the very best from their assets.
