Latest Appointments, Promotions and Qualifications

Murray Fleming was appointed Senior Architect in the Inverness office at the end of last year and has since been involved in a great many private a commercial projects. Murray, originally from Glen Shee, has worked in Edinburgh for the last 12 years before relocating to the north of Scotland.


Richard Till was recently promoted to Divisional Director in charge of Bell Ingram’s Forestry division. Richard, a well known forestry professional is based in the Perth head office and has been with the firm for over 20 years.


Simon Bewsher has been promoted to Divisional Director in charge of the Pipelines and Utilities division. Simon runs the Knutsford office in Cheshire and is heavily involved in Commercial Estate Management for the likes of Shell as well as major cable and telecommunications projects.


Paul Wakefield has been promoted to Associate Director in charge of Marketing. Paul continues to work in the Perth head office with a remit that covers all Bell Ingram’s UK offices and has now been with the firm for over 3 years. Paul is responsible for the firms’ PR, advertising, sponsorship and client relations as well as brand management.


Katie Duffy and Gervase Topp. Congratulations to Katie and Gervase who recently passed their APC exams; the final phase of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveying qualification. Katie and Gervase both work in similar areas, Katie in Forfar and Gervase in Aberdeen, which includes both private and commercial estate management, valuations and estate agency.


David Roemmele joined the busy Falkirk office as a trainee land agent/building surveyor last month.


Angie Colquhoun is the new head office receptionist in Perth following an 18 year break from the firm. Angie has come back to the hot seat to take over from the inimitable Mary Patterson and provides the all important first point of contact for all callers to head office.


Amy Best has joined the team in Knutsford full time and is working as a land agent on major electric and water projects.
