Bell Ingram Appoint a New Architect in Inverness

14th June 2005

Bell Ingram, Chartered Surveyors, has made a significant move in the expansion and development of their Architectural and Building Surveying subsidiary, Bell Ingram Design, in their busy Inverness Office. Shane Rodgers has been appointed to provide an increasingly sought after service to clients in the area and complements the building surveying, estate agency and land management service already offered from Inverness.

Shane, Past President of Inverness Architectural Association and former Principal of The Rodgers Practice, brings with him a wealth of experience and contacts from over twenty years in the profession. He will be the first point of contact for all clients seeking architectural services and will offer expert advice from planning consultancy and master planning to design and contract administration through to completion. Shane’s remit will include residential, commercial and rural projects and he will be supported by a further six architects and building surveyors within the firm.

Shane will take over a number of exciting projects recently won by Bell Ingram Design including a high profile residential development in the old town of Inverness and the medium scale development of Rhives Farm outside Golspie.

Neil Cameron who runs the Inverness Office says “This is an exciting appointment for Bell Ingram and demonstrates our commitment to providing the best property consultancy service from Inverness with highly qualified, experienced and respected professionals. A top quality architect can add considerable value to client’s property portfolios whether it is master planning, new build, conversion or refurbishment. We have been very busy over the last twelve months and Shane’s arrival comes at a great time for both existing and new clients.”
