Bell Ingram appoints  three new Directors

Owing to the continued expansion of our Land Agency, Estate Agency and Architectural practices in Scotland and the North of England the Directors of Bell Ingram are pleased to announce the appointment of three new Directors. All three have been Associate Directors with the company.

Steve Parlett

With a background in estate management, Steve has had a long and successful association with Bell Ingram. He specialises in the provision of residential and agricultural estate management and valuation. He provides land agency services to pipeline promoters and other utilities. Steve also has many years experience in the opencast coal and quarrying industries. The Directors are very pleased that Steve is joining the Board and taking on full responsibility for running our Morpeth and Thirsk Offices which provide land agency and estate management services to corporate and private clients throughout Yorkshire, County Durham, Northumberland and the North-East of England.

Claire Priestner

Bell Ingram have benefited considerably from the recent increase in turnover at our Knutsford Office, much of which has been as a result of Claire's hard work and tremendous enthusiasm. The Directors are looking forward to Claire bringing these attributes to the Board. She specialises in land agency services for pipeline operators and other utilities including electricity and telecoms companies. Claire will run the Knutsford Office which specialises in providing land agency services to the Utility Industries in Cheshire, Wales, Lancashire, Cumbria and the Scottish Borders.

Guy has been running a successful business for a number of years at our Falkirk Office which has seen considerable recent expansion and provides Land Agency and Estate management services in Central Scotland. He specialises in estate management, valuation, purchasing and sales, development land and environmental consultancy including the specialist area of public access consultancy. The Directors are pleased that Guy's special skills and attributes will now be represented on the Board.
