Situation

Fairview is situated on the north west coast of Benbecula in the Western Isles some 2½ miles from Benbecula Airport and the village of Balivanich. Benbecula is located between North and South Uist and causeways join the three islands. There are ferry connections to Barra in the South and Lewis and Harris in the North.

If travelling by ferry from Oban to Lochboisdale take the A865 north and continue for approx. 25 miles before turning left onto the B892. Continue for about half a mile and Fairview is on the left hand side. If travelling by ferry from Uig to Lochmaddy take the A867 to Clachan, turn left on to the A865 to Benbecula. Take the B892 towards Balivanich and Fairview is half a mile on the left with children’s swings etc in the garden. Go over the cattle grid to the house.
