LOCATION

Montrose has a population of approximately 16,000 and is located approximately 30 miles north of Dundee and 40 miles south of Aberdeen, on the east coast of Scotland. The town is a popular commercial centre with a variety of national and local industries, including Glaxo SmithKline among others.

DESCRIPTION

PLANNING

The subjects currently have full consent for the provision of Laboratory space or any other usage within Class 4. The subjects would, however, also suit a variety of business and office usage as well as potentially for outside catering facilities.
