ACCOMMODATION
The cottage has been fully modernised to provide a first class
holiday residence. The accommodation, which is all on one level,
comprises:-
- 2 public rooms
- 4 bedrooms – 1 of which is en-suite
- 1 bathroom
- Cloakroom
- Kitchen with Aga Cooker
- Utility/Laundry Room
- Garage accommodation for two cars
There is an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, washing
machine and tumble dryer and the house has full oil fired central
heating.
Blankets, bedlinen, crockery and cutlery are provided.
GENERAL
Supplies
The nearest shops are in Kirriemuir within driving distance.
Basic provisions can be purchased at the discretion of the
housekeeper who must be reimbursed upon arrival.
Rent
The rent which is detailed below includes coal, logs, electricity,
any local telephone calls. There is an honesty box provided for the
use of clients who make long distance calls during the tenancy:-

All breakages during the tenancy will be charged for over and above
the rental rate.
The full rental amount must be paid no later than one month before
the start of the period booked. * If booked in conjunction with
fishing on Airlie Estates the deposit and balance may be paid at the
same time as the fishing payment.
Insurance
No liability can be accepted for any loss, injury or damage suffered
by the Tenants or any members of their party during their stay,
however such loss, injury or damage may be caused. Tenants will be
responsible for arranging their own holiday insurance.
Arrivals / Departures
Tenants should not arrive before 3.30p.m on their date of arrival as
shown on their enclosed invoice. Tenants will also be required to
depart by 10.30 a.m. on the day of their departure as stated on the
invoice.
Owners Rights of Cancellation
The owner of the cottage reserves the right to cancel any bookings
made at any time without any liability attaching to the owner of the
accommodation concerned, although all monies paid in respect of any
bookings so cancelled will be refunded.
