Iain Cram
Iain has been a Director of Bell Ingram Design
for a number of years and was recently promoted
to join the board of Bell Ingram. He will
continue to manage the Scottish operation of
Bell Ingram Design from Perth.
|

Martin Long – Divisional Director
Martin now represents both the Estate Agency
division and the Inverness Office as a newly
appointed Divisional Director and the board of
Directors look forward to Martin's continued
vigour and enthusiasm.

Mark Mitchell – Divisional Director
Mark joined the firm in 1993 and has now been
promoted to Divisional Director of the Rural
Land Management division. Mark is based in Perth
and is responsible for managing a number of
private estates.
|

Mary Murray – Divisional Director
Mary has been with the firm for 10 years and has
helped establish Bell Ingram Design as a strong
architectural force in Scotland. Mary will
continue to manage and develop Bell Ingram
Design as the Divisional Director.

Susan Burness – Associate Director
Susan joined Bell Ingram Design in last year as
an Architect in the Forfar Office and has just
been promoted to Associate Director. Susan has
helped to build up a very successful, expanding
team in Angus.

Frazer Gillespie – Associate Director
Frazer joined Bell Ingram Design in 2004 and has
since developed the building surveying business
throughout Scotland with numerous new contracts.
He has also just been promoted to Associate
Director.

Sam Dean - Land Agent
Sam has joined the busy Knutsford team having
recently completed a BA in Law at Oxford Brooks.
He is on the Graduate Development Programme at
the CEM in Reading and is assisting with
commercial utilities work.

George McNaughton - Land Management Assistant
George has joined Bell Ingram’s Ayr office
working on Scottish Water projects. George comes
from the Scottish Executive Environment Rural
Affairs Department (SEERAD) where he was an
Agricultural Field Officer.

Huw Connick - Assistant Land Manager
Huw has also joined the Ayr office and
previously ran his own land use consultancy.
With wide experience in conservation matters Huw
was awarded the RSPB Gold Award for ‘Outstanding
Contribution to Conservation’.
|

Ian Blois – Land Agent
Ian has joined Bell Ingram’s Inverness office
having previously worked as farm manager on a
900 acre arable farm on the Black Isle for over
20 years. Ian will be responsible for utilities
land agency for Scottish Water. |
|

Gervase Topp – Trainee Land Agent
Gervase has joined the Aberdeen office having
spent six years offshore as a petroleum
geologist in the UK and Africa. He will be
engaged in rural private client work, primarily
valuations and compensations.
|

Ted Carr – Land Agent
Ted joined the Forfar office in May from
Scottish Natural Heritage. Ted has an enviable
knowledge of rural stewardship and sporting
management and will work on both private client
and commercial utility work.

Scott Ramsay - Architectural Technician
Scott joined Bell Ingram Design in Forfar from
Angus Council. He is engaged on projects for a
no of private estates and various planning
applications, as well as renovations to the
Webster Theatre in Arbroath.
|
|
 |
|
Marc Gardiner – Architectural Assistant
Marc has joined Bell Ingram Design in Perth from
David Soppitt Associates, also in Perth. Marc is
engaged on his Part III RIBA qualification and
will be working on various private and
commercial projects.
