Company Appointments and Promotions


David Roemmele

David has joined the busy Falkirk team and works on a variety of estate management/land agency projects in particular for the Crown Estate. David is set to become a building surveyor. David already holds a RICS accredited Masters in Building Conservation in addition to being a Master of Social Science in industrial heritage and architecture. David’s passion is for historic buildings and he’s been a long time volunteer member of the Architectural Heritage Society of Scotland.

 

David McLeish
David joined the Perth Design team in April and works almost exclusively on Planning Consultancy. David worked previously for Dundee City Council Planning Department on the enforcement team and has a particularly good knowledge of Planning Law.


 

Phillip Holman
Phillip has also joined the Perth Design team as the new RICS accredited Building Surveyor, working alongside the architects. Phillip hails from Kent and recently relocated to Perthshire with his family. Phillip has worked as a building surveyor in and around London for many years in addition to a stint as a home valuations inspector and has a considerable amount of experience in contract administration.

 

Richard Till
Richard joined Bell Ingram in 1988 as a Senior Forester and has since been responsible for providing forestry services to clients throughout Scotland. He has built up the Company’s reputation within the forestry enterprise which now boasts a large and loyal client base. He has been promoted to Divisional Director in charge of the forestry department.

 

Simon Bewsher
Simon Bewsher took over the management of the Knutsford office in 2006 and has since expanded the client base within the utilities industry from his previous knowledge and experience with electricity companies. Simon has been promoted to Divisional Director in charge of our Pipelines and Utilities division and has built a busy team focused on corporate estate management for the likes of Shell & National Grid.

 

Paul Wakefield
Since joining Bell Ingram in 2005 as Marketing Manager, Paul has had a significant impact on the way the Company presents itself to clients and the wider public. Responsible for the Company re-branding, production of a suite of new brochures and our at various shows in addition to enhancing internal communications. His appointment to Associate Director reflects the immense amount of work he has put in and his determination to raise the profile of the Company.

 

Carole Cope
Carole Cope joined the Knutsford office and Stacey McAlpine joined the head office in Perth and both are working as assistants to the land agents.
