DIRECTIONS

From Inverness follow the A96 towards Aberdeen, passing through Nairn, Forres, Elgin and Fochabers. Crooksmill is approximately 7 miles after Fochabers and is on the right approximately a mile before Keith.

DESCRIPTION

Crooksmill has been converted from a working mill and the quality of the work has done full justice to this fine B listed historic building. Exposed ceiling beams, oak flooring throughout and good quality fixtures and fittings make Crooksmill a particularly fine residence that does not come to the market on a regular basis.

The accommodation is spacious and there is room for further expansion in the basement. It would be possible to use the space as an office, workshop or convert into a self contained residence subject to the normal planning consents. This makes the property suitable for a wide variety of potential purchasers. It should be noted that extra land of approximately 7 acres could be available by separate negotiation.
