DESCRIPTION

Garbethill comprises a traditional farmhouse with garden ground, a good range of outbuildings and about 9 acres of surrounding land giving a good degree of privacy and security. The land is currently used for grazing horses and there is stabling within one of the farm buildings.

The stone built farmhouse with tiled roof offers spacious accommodation with potential to extend the kitchen into the utility and larder area and the attached outbuilding to form additional accommodation or an office/studio. Two of the stone outbuildings have full planning consent (Ref: N/06?01879/FUL) approved by North Lanarkshire Council on 11 December 2007 to convert for residential use and both the Approval Letter and full drawings can be supplied to interested parties.
