Hilton of Cadboll is located in an attractive area of Easter

DIRECTIONS
From Inverness follow the A9 north crossing the Kessock and Cromarty
bridges. Approximately 17 miles after the Cromarty Bridge turn right
on the B9166 signposted Portmahomack and Fearn. Continue to
Balintore and turn left towards Hilton of Cadboll. The site is
located on the left between the primary school and the farm
buildings to the east.
DESCRIPTION
The site is zoned for development by Highland Council as part of the
Ross & Cromarty East Local Plan. The plan is for a total of 30 units
to include a small number of affordable houses. The site has two
entrances and the proposal is to have mainly detached units on plot
sizes averaging 1,000 square metres. The ground is slightly elevated
and is generally very level. There is a superb outlook over open
countryside and the sea.
