SITUATION

Rosehall is situated in the heart of the Highlands some 7 miles to the west of Lairg. The village has a thriving community and the local facilities include a village stores and Post Office, primary school and a number of hotels. Lairg has a greater range of facilities including a railway station with services to Wick, Thurso and Inverness.

The Rivers Cassley and Oykel are favourites for the fisherman and both rivers provide good sport with a variety of exciting beats. The hill walker and mountaineer have plenty of choice with several Munros within easy reach. The west coast with its dramatic scenery is within an hours drive.

Inverness is approximately 50 miles away and has all the facilities commensurate with a major regional centre. These include a modern shopping centre, hotels, restaurants, theatre, cinemas, hospital and mainline railway station. Inverness Airport has numerous services to destinations both home and abroad. These include British Midland, Flybe and Easyjet to London Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Bristol and Belfast.

DIRECTIONS

From Inverness take the A9 north crossing the Kessock and Cromarty Bridges. At Evanton take the B9176 signposted to Bonar Bridge. Join the A836 just before Ardgay turning left in Bonar Bridge immediately after crossing the bridge. After approximately 5 miles turn left on the A837 signposted to Lochinver. Rosehall is reached after approximately 8 miles. Continue through the village past the village stores and the site is on the right immediately before a white bungalow which is the last house in the village.

The site is approximately one acre and full planning consent was granted by Highland Council (ref 06/00063/FULSU) on 10 May 2006 for the erection of a new dwelling.
