SITUATION
Pittenweem is one of the most attractive villages on the Fife
coast. It has a working harbour and the daily landing of fish is
sold all over Scotland. There is a good variety of local facilities
in the village with a primary school and shops. A full range of
facilities are available in St Andrews and Dundee.
Pittenweem is renowned for its annual August Art Festival however
the golfer is well catered for with at least ten golf courses within
easy reach including the famous championship courses at St Andrews
and Carnoustie. For the walker there are the coastal walks and the
Angus Glens which are about an hour’s drive.
Mainline railway stations are at Markinch and Cupar. Dundee and

DIRECTIONS
From the M90 take the A92 east towards Kirkcaldy and follow the
signs for Leven. At Leven continue on the A915 and A917 to
Pittenweem. On entering the village follow the signs for the
harbour. Water Wynd gives pedestrian access from the harbour up into
the village centre and the plot is about half way up on the right.
