SITUATION
Kirkhill is a village situated on the southern side of the
Beauly Firth. It is an attractive area with views across the water
towards the Black Isle. The village has a few facilities and Beauly
which is some 3 miles away has a good selection of shops. The city
of Inverness is close by and has a full range of facilities
commensurate with a major regional centre. These include a modern
shopping centre, theatre, good selection of hotels and restaurants,
hospital and mainline railway station. Inverness airport has a
variety of services including British Midland, British Airways and
Easyjet to Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Bristol and Belfast.
Recreational opportunities are in abundance as the area gives
excellent access to the Highlands, Loch Ness and West Coast. The
hill walker, county sportsman, sailor and fisherman are well catered
for.

DESCRIPTION
Mains of Fingask is a fine traditional stone steading complex dating
from around mid 19th century, with a main building footprint of
approximately 600m² plus stone outbuildings, sitting on a level site
