DESCRIPTION

Proncy Mill Farm is a traditional property set in some 50 acres of owner occupied crofted land with a southerly aspect and good views to open countryside and the sea. The present owners have improved and modernised the house to create a comfortable cottage style home. A successful Bed and Breakfast business has provided additional income and planning consent has been granted for the conversion of the Steading into a fine residence that could be used to expand the business or as a separate residence.

Although there is no Single Farm Payment for the farm, there is an LFA payment and a payment for the Retention of Winter Stubble under the Land Management Contract Scheme. There is a large modern agricultural building and some 50 acres of owner occupied crofted land. The property is offered for sale in three lots or as a whole.
