Communal Management - The Title
Deeds will incorporate a property management arrangement to
ensure that future common maintenance and administration are
carried out to the benefit of all owners.
Reserving a Property - To reserve a property, a non
returnable reservation fee of £300 is required to secure the
property of your choice for a period of 14 days by which
time missives should be concluded. A further deposit payment
of £1,000 will be required on conclusion of Missives.
These two payments will be deducted from the purchase
price at the time of legal completion. Should Missives not
be concluded within 14 days of reservation we reserve the
right to renew the reservation and re-market the property.
CLOSING DATE
A Closing Date may be fixed and we would advise prospective
purchasers to register their interest with Bell Ingram Ltd,
Durn, Isla Road, Perth, PH2 7HF.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that parties
having registered their interest will be notified of a
closing date this cannot be guaranteed. It should be noted
that the vendor reserves the right to accept offers prior to
a closing date being set.
