DESCRIPTION

Within 7 days of conclusion of missives, deposit of 10% of purchase
price should be paid. The deposit will be non-returnable in the
event of the purchaser (purchasers) failing to complete the sale for
reasons not attributable to the seller or his agents.

OFFERS
Formal offers in Scottish Legal Form should be submitted through a
Scottish Solicitor to the selling agents.
A closing date by which offers must be submitted may be fixed at a
later date unless the property has been sold previously. Prospective

Agents in writing will receive a letter drawing their attention to
the closing date.
