Land Referencing / Wayleave Officers - Ayr
Required to assist in identifying and liaising with
landowners on utilities projects throughout
Scotland.
Full training will be given although experience of
farming / utilities projects and familiarity with
computerised mapping systems would be an advantage.
Must have own car and be willing to travel
throughout Scotland.
May be employed or retained as a self-employed
consultant.

Senior Building Surveyor - Perth
A Senior Chartered Building Surveyor with a minimum
5 years post MRICS qualification experience is
required to join the existing team of Architects and
Design Technicians in the Perth Office of Bell
Ingram Design.
