Building Conservation

Building Surveying

Our skilled surveyors prepare property acquisition surveys, advise on the condition of buildings and highlight any defects in order of priority. They then produce a comprehensive report providing recommendations on any action that needs to be taken.

Project Management   

We have many years experience managing building projects, from small localised works to major structural changes. We work with you to develop the technical, operational and cost requirements into a comprehensive brief which leads to the initial planning, design development, and construction phases.

Contract Administration   

Effective contract administration is vital to any project, because it  ensures that everyone involved is working in harmony to produce a result that’s in your best interest. Insurance Cost Assessments & Claims   

When disaster strikes we are on hand to conduct comprehensive assessments of building replacement costs in accordance with the your insurance policy. We also negotiate with insurers and loss adjusters in the event of fire and flood claims on your behalf and provide expert witness services.
