About Patrick Laughlin

Before joining Bell Ingram in 2005 Patrick held senior management and marketing positions within the Scottish tourism sector for over 20 years, which included being Chief Executive of Kingdom of Fife Tourist Board (1997-2005). Patrick has since delivered over 50 consultancy assignments for clients ranging from international hotel chains to one-person start-ups and from national Government agencies to local charities.

Patrick is renowned for his clear, common-sense reporting style. He specialises in creating and maintaining partnerships between businesses and public/voluntary organisations. He also has an excellent track record in securing grants and other financial support.

Patrick has a strong affinity with the Scottish countryside and a detailed knowledge of access legislation. He was a founding director of Fife Coast and Countryside Trust and is a trustee of a leading conservation and rural education charity.

From his base in Fife, Patrick is ideally placed to provide support to clients throughout Scotland and Northern England.
