For many years, Bell Ingram has provided specialist land agency services to organisations with a range of land and property interests.

We specialise in the management of property not required for the main operational needs of a clients’ core business. This includes letting and subsequent management of rural land and farm buildings using both English and Scottish legislation.

We also oversee the management of commercial and licensed property, the management of a varied residential portfolio mostly let via Assured Shorthold Tenancies (England) / Short Assured Tenancies (Scotland) and the Management of other varied property using a variety of licenses. This can include simple commercial office sites through to specialist chemical plants.

Valuations

We conduct property valuations for internal and external accountancy purposes. All valuations are prepared in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Appraisal and Valuation Manual.

Asset Disposal

Our land agents manage the disposal of property by private negotiation or through the open market; via private treaty negotiations, sealed bids or public auction.

Reinstatement

The Company also specialises in the reinstatement of reclaimed land and the management of the land throughout a pre-agreed aftercare period. This includes quarries, opencast coal sites, foot and mouth sites and disused commercial property reinstatement.
