Our history began in 1899 with managing private estates in Scotland, so you could say we've had a bit of practice. We have managed some of the finest estates throughout the last 100 years and have continued to prepare them for the future.

We employ resident agents at Strathmore Estates (Glamis - the home of the Queen Mother) in John Wood and Sutherland Estates in Chris Whealing.
Land Use Consultancy
To meet the increasing demands for conservation and environmental advice, the Company has developed an association with a range of specialists, including landscape architects, planners, ecologists and water experts, and can respond to the needs of clients in both the public and private sectors.
In particular, we specialise in the development of conservation plans for degraded habitats, farm plans and the restoration and improvement of native woodlands. With the increasing demands for leisure, our consultancy team have undertaken a wide variety of studies on leisure and tourism development opportunities working closely with other specialist consultants, where appropriate.
