ACCOMMODATION
Fully equipped one bedroom cottage ideally situated for exploring
Angus, Dundee and Perthshire. The property offers modern
accommodation over one floor comprising; Open plan kitchen, dining
and living room with newly fitted kitchen and feature fireplace,
large double bedroom with space for a single camp bed, en-suite
shower room and WC. Blankets, bedlinen, crockery and cutlery are
provided.
All breakages during the tenancy will be charged for over and above
the rental rate.
The full rental amount must be paid no later than one month before
the start of the period booked.
INSURANCE
No liability can be accepted for any loss, injury or damage suffered
by the Tenants or any members of their party during their stay,
however such loss, injury or damage may be caused. Tenants will be
responsible for arranging their own holiday insurance.
ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES
Tenants should not arrive before 1.00p.m on their date of arrival as
shown on their enclosed receipt. Tenants will also be required to
depart by 10.30 a.m. on the day of their departure as stated on the
receipt.
OWNERS RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION
The owner of the cottage reserves the right to cancel any bookings
made at any time without any liability attaching to the owner of the
accommodation concerned, although all monies paid in respect of any
bookings so cancelled will be refunded.
