The appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, free standing fridge freezer, four oven electric Aga and a separate electric Companion Aga with a grill and a ceramic hob.

Off the kitchen is a utility room which has an oak floor, base and wall mounted units with tiled splashbacks and contrasting worktops, an inset sink with a mixer tap, plumbing for an automatic washing machine and space for a tumble dryer. There is a door to the back garden and a door to the integral garage.

On the first floor there are three further double bedrooms and one single bedroom. The dual aspect master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with WC, wash basin, free standing bath with claw feet and a separate shower. It also has a dressing room with an east facing window.
