The land at Ballater comprises of one ring fenced field.
The land is classified as Class 4.2 on the Land Capability for Agricultural Scale provided by the James Hutton Institute and is capable of producing a narrow range of crops, primarily grassland with short arable breaks of forage crops.
The land would lend itself to being used for grazing livestock, hay and silage production, plus other amenity potential, given its location.
The land sits approximately 1.2 miles north of the town of Ballater and can be accessed by following the A93, northbound from Ballater. When following this road, you will approach signs for Craigendarroch Lodges to your right, take the second right and access to the field can be found.
Alternatively, from Braemar head north on the Glenshee Road / Old Military Road / A93 towards Castleton Place for 15.5 miles and the field is located on the left hand side.
