The Old Manse is a delightful property which presents very well. It has spacious rooms with high ceilings and original features which add to its charm. The Old Manse has been tastefully decorated throughout. It has sash and case windows with working shutters and oil-fired central heating. The property is a fabulous family home and is in walk-in condition.

A large driveway sweeps round the front of the property. From the front entrance vestibule, glazed double doors lead to the main hallway.

To the right of the hall is the large sitting room which has dual aspect windows enjoying rural views and views of the garden. It has a polished wood floor and a built-in cupboard. There is a central feature of an open fire with decorative tiled surround on a slate hearth with wooden mantle. Also to the right of the hall is the TV room, which has a window to the side with views to the hills. Next to the TV room is a WC.

The dining room is to the left of the hall and again has a polished wood floor and built-in cupboard. There is a window to the front and French doors opening onto the garden.

The downstairs double bedroom also sits to the left of the hall and there is a window to the rear overlooking the garden and patio area. There is an ensuite shower room with two-piece suite in white comprising WC, wash hand basin and shower cubicle with wet wall panelling and Mira sport shower.

An opening leads to a small inner hall from where you can access the kitchen. An understair storage cupboard houses the electricity meter. The kitchen is stylish and modern yet retaining a country feel. It has a vaulted ceiling. There is an electric 4-oven AGA with two-ring gas hob. The kitchen has a good range of floor and wall units in cream with polished granite worksurface. There is an island which offers extra storage and has an integral dishwasher and sink. The island incorporates a built-in oak kitchen table. A Samsung washing machine and LG fridge freezer are included in the sale.

Returning to the hall, the staircase rises to the upper floor landing which gives access to the further four spacious double bedrooms and bathroom.

Bedroom two to the left of the landing has a window overlooking the garden. It has a large built-in wardrobe and a built-in storage cupboard. It retains the original cast-iron fireplace with tiled surround and wooden mantlepiece.

Bedroom three, currently the master bedroom, sits to the front of the property and overlooks the gardens.

Bedroom four has a window to the front enjoying views over the surrounding fields. Again it has the original feature cast-iron fireplace with tiled surround and wooden mantlepiece. There is also a built-in storage cupboard. A door opens to the Jack and Jill ensuite shower room shared with bedroom five.

Bedroom five overlooks the garden. It has a built-in storage cupboard.
