      Description
Carrachan is a charming property which offers excellent family living space in a private rural location. The property is double glazed and has a mix of solid fuel and electric heating. The water supply is from a private borehole.

Carrachan is accessed via a private track from the public road which runs through its own land to a gravel parking area.

A concrete step leads to a hardwood door to the entrance porch which has tiled floor and wood panel features. There is an opening to the hallway which has a built-in storage cupboard.

To the left is the sitting room and kitchen / diner which has a large window to the front enjoying views over the gardens and a window to the side which looks into the conservatory. There is a central feature of a modern Italian cooking range with hot plate and oven, and tiled back drop which heats the central heating and water. There is a small kitchen area with a stainless-steel sink. An opening leads to a further sitting room which has dual aspect windows to the front and side enjoying views over the rose garden and to Loch Shin. There is a central feature of an electric fire on a stone hearth with stone surround and wooden mantle.

Returning to the hallway, the additional kitchen is to the left and has lovely wooden units with wooden worksurface and a freestanding gas oven with four-ring gas hob. There is also a built-in electric oven with grill.

A door takes you to the utility room where there is a Belfast sink and American Whirlpool washing machine. A glazed door opens to the rear porch which has built-in units offering extra storage and then there is a further door to a workshop which in turn leads to the rear garden.

Returning to the main hall and there is a bathroom with a three-piece suite in white comprising WC, wash hand basin and bath and a shower cubicle.
To the end of the hall is bedroom one and two. Bedroom one sits to the rear of the property and has a window overlooking the side garden and an opening to a dressing room which could be converted to an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two is to the side with a window overlooking the garden.

Stairs rise from the hall to the upper floor landing which has a built-in storage cupboard and gives access to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three has dual aspect windows enjoying views over the gardens and bedroom four is the master bedroom which has dual aspect windows, with the main window enjoying far reaching water views. It has a built-in storage cupboard and ensuite WC.
