The property is entered from the front elevation, with a double entrance door leading through a vestibule and into the central hallway. To the right, the family lounge is positioned to the front of the house, a comfortable living space in which to sit and relax. The room benefits from views out to the front garden and is warmed through by a feature wood burning stove, set within the fireplace.

To the rear of the property, a combined kitchen and sitting area extends through to the dining room, set within a sunroom to the rear of the property, a superb place to take the picturesque coastal views. The kitchen features a range of white wall and floor units, complemented by a solid wood worktop. The layout includes an integrated oven and microwave, with space for undercounter dishwasher and fridge.

A doorway from the kitchen opens to the utility room, offering additional storage space and housing a washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer. A doorway from the utility room gives access to an area of decking, which is located to the rear of the property - perfect for al-fresco dining.

The hall extends to the left, giving access to a ground floor bedroom which benefits from built-in wardrobe space. This room is currently utilised as a home office and music room. A ground floor bathroom is also accessed from the hallway, featuring a full-sized bath and shower cubicle with electric shower. Two cupboards are also located in the hallway in along with additional storage under the staircase.

The staircase rises from the hallway to the upper floor where a central landing links three further bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms span the full width of the property, flooded with natural daylight thanks to dual aspect windows. The third bedroom is large enough to accommodate a double bed, with space for a freestanding wardrobe and corner desk.

A shower room is also located on the upper floor, a tiled design featuring a cubicle shower and white two-piece bathroom suite. An airing cupboard is sits adjacent to the bathroom, housing the hot water tank, completing the property layout.

Externally, the property sits within mature gardens, with a natural stone wall forming the boundary to the roadside. The gardens have been planted with a number of shrubs and bushes, maturing to offer a seasonal display throughout the year.

The pave pathway extends around the property to the rear, extending further, away from the property to give access to a detached single garage. A lean to shed is positioned adjacent to the garage.

A gravel parking area is located to the bottom of the garden, providing adequate parking for several vehicles. A gated fence leads from the parking to the rear garden. A lean-to wood store has been erected to the side of the property, offering dry storage of fuel for the woodburning stove.
