Located adjacent to the kitchen, a utility room provides additional storage, and also gives access to the rear garden area.
Accommodation is provided by way of three bedrooms, each accessed from the central hallway. Two of the bedrooms benefit from built in wardrobe space and are front facing. The third bedroom enjoys views out to the rear garden.
A family bathroom is also accessed from the central hallway, featuring a full-sized bath and white bathroom suite. An additional shower room is also located at the end of the hallway, featuring a cubicle shower and white bathroom suite.
Services include mains electricity and water, mains drainage, oil fired heating, Vodafone 4G reception, BT phone and WIFI connectivity.
The property is accessed from the road by a vehicle track which leads to a parking area adjacent to the house. A pathway leads around the front to the main entrance, with an additional pathway also serving the rear entrance to the property.
The majority of the front garden is laid to lawn, with a selection of shrubs and bushes forming a seasonal display throughout the year. Fenced along all boundaries, the garden is a safe haven for children to play.
