A stone bothy is located centrally within the grounds, offering three further bedrooms and a private living space, the perfect place for family groups to relax. A sizable yurt is also located in the grounds and offers three single bed accommodation spaces. Various additional accommodation is located throughout the core buildings, offering overflow and staff accommodation as required. The total number of bedrooms on offer is 27, providing a healthy cash flow throughout the year.
Additional facilities include a bespoke yoga studio with underfloor heating, private massage room, welcome office, geodesic dome with hot tub and shower, artisan spring side sauna and riverside walk with plunge baths.
The ‘House on the Hill’, traditionally the owners’ residence, offers family accommodation over two levels. This spacious wood-framed property sits in a secluded dell and offers privacy and seclusion. The design encompasses a quirky layout offering three-bedroom accommodation and the glass fronted design perfectly frames the glorious views over the surrounding countryside.
The building has been created with sustainability in mind and encompasses a range of reclaimed and re-purposed materials.
A cabin is also located on the hillside, also quirky by nature. As with the owner’s residence, the building is wooden framed and features an open plan space with a mezzanine storage areas, accessed by a wooden ladder.

It should be noted that work has been carried out to all properties (excluding the House on the Hill and the conservatory within the Communal Loge) to bring them up to building regulation standard. A building warrant application has been submitted to Argyll and Bute Council.
The Conservatory requires removal and replacement. Architects are plans are available.
