      Overview

      • Close to beautiful beaches yet only 10 miles from Lochmaddy

The land sits in the perfect location for development of a dwelling house or multiple houses (subject to necessary consents) or could equally be used for stock.

The land is a good block of land which adjoins the public road, which provides rough grazing for cattle and sheep. It is fenced with stock fencing and would be eligible to receive agricultural grants if registered with SGRPID. This land is not subject to crofting tenure.

Services – Mains electricity and water run along the main road adjacent to the land. However, in common with adjacent properties a private waste-water, such as a septic tank, would need to be installed.
