9 Tomich is normally accessed by the rear door into an entrance porch which is glazed to 2 sides and overlooks the garden. A glazed door opens to the galley kitchen which has a range of floor and wall units in white with roll top worksurface. There is a Logic washing machine and space for cooker and fridge freezer.
A glazed door leads to the dining room which has large patio windows to the rear garden.
The kitchen has a door to the sitting room which has dual aspect windows to the side and front enjoying views over the gardens to the nearby woodland. It has a built-in storage cupboard and a central feature of a woodburning stove on a brick hearth. The sitting room has wood panelling and painted brick features. The upper landing gives access to two bedrooms and bathroom.
Bedroom one sits to the front of the property and has a window to front overlooking the garden to the woodland beyond. It has a built-in storage cupboard.

The road bears left and then goes over a bridge. Turn right after the bridge and continue until you reach Tomich. Pass the Hotel on the right and number 9 is on the right-hand side in the fourth set of cottages.
