Situated in an elevated position above the picturesque coastal town of Tobermory, Whitecroft Cottage, offers buyers an opportunity to acquire a traditional mid-terraced cottage, a charming property in this much sought-after location.
The property is entered from the front elevation, with a stepped entrance leading through protective storm doors into a central hallway. To the right, the family lounge benefits from a position to the front of the property, a cosy room in which to sit and relax. An electric fire sits within the fire surround, which extends to provide a built-in bookcase.
A doorway to the rear of the lounge leads through to a combined kitchen and dining area, a more recent extension to the property. The kitchen design features a range of traditional wooden wall and floor units complimented by a contrasting worktop. Large windows offer open views out to the rear garden, with roof skylights flooding the area with natural daylight. The kitchen design allows for a number of freestanding appliances, including oven, washing machine and dryer.
Both the hallway and the kitchen give access to a central room, previously used as a second bedroom, also offering scope for use as a home office or study. To the left of the entrance hallway, the main bedroom is also front facing, a pleasant room with options for twin or double bed configuration.
Located to the rear of the property and sitting adjacent to the rear door, the spacious family bathroom features a white bathroom suite, with an electric shower positioned over the full-sized bath. Storage cupboards are located within the rear hallway, one of which houses the hot water heating cylinder. Additionally, the attic may prove useful for supplementary storage as necessary.
