About: Becky Dyson, a Land Agent, joined our Morpeth team in 2023. She provides land agency services to clients in the utilities sector. Becky is an AssocRICS rural surveyor, focusing on utilities access and compensation. Hailing from North Northumberland, she is the daughter of a farmer and holds a BSc in Agriculture from Aberystwyth University.

    About: Waldo comes from a farming background before reading Geology and serving in the Armed Forces. He joined Bell Ingram’s Morpeth office in 2022 where he delivers land agency services for clients within the utilities sector – specialising in acquisition of land as well as access rights, negotiation of wayleaves, servitudes, compensation, and land referencing.

      About: Steve is the Partner in charge of Bell Ingram’s Morpeth office and specialises in the provision of residential and agricultural estate management and valuation. He provides land agency services to pipeline promoters and other utilities. Steve also has many years’ experience in the opencast coal and quarrying industries.
