About: Charlotte is a full-time undergraduate at Harper Adams University, currently completing her placement year in the BSc (Hons) program in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. She aims to become a qualified chartered surveyor after finishing her degree and hopes her placement with Bell Ingram will provide diverse experiences to enhance her knowledge and progress towards completing her APC.

Charlotte’s work experience is varied, including time with a firm of chartered surveyors and land and estate agents in the North of England, as well as work in the equestrian industry. She is also an active member of the Harper Adams Polo Club and was elected president for the 2023-2024 term.

About: Zoe is a Graduate Surveyor working across Northern England where she will be undertaking a range of Utilities work and some Private Client work including IHT, stock and land valuations. She joined Bell Ingram in 2023 and is a graduate of Harper Adams University with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, and is working towards completing her APC.

About: Pippa is a RICS chartered surveyor, working across the North of England with a focus on all aspects of rural land management for a large spectrum of clients within the utilities and renewables sector. She joined Bell Ingram’s Thirsk office in 2018 as a land agent and studied Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams via the apprenticeship route, gaining practical experience alongside study.
