About: Clive joined Bell Ingram in 2016 as a consultant and provides specialist civil engineering advice to a varied client base including  landowners and utility companies. He is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and Fellow of the Institution of Water and Environmental Management. During his 45-year career, he held a pan Scotland senior position in a Utility Company. Clive is also no stranger to agriculture as he comes from a long line of farmers.
