About: Martin is currently seconded to a major utility client, managing the full refurbishment of 132kV overhead line in South East Scotland. Work includes surveying and agreeing best access routes for a range of construction activities with grantors and respective agents. In addition, he has over 15 years’ experience in the electricity and water industries where he specialises in Land Agency services.

Interests: Land Acquisition and Access, Compensation and Damage Claims, Wayleave and Easement Negotiations.
