About: Konrad works with a diverse range of clients within the utilities and renewables sector, bringing extensive knowledge and experience to his role. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management and Marketing and an MSc in International Real Estate Investments and Finance, both from Nottingham Trent University.

Prior to joining Bell Ingram in 2024, Konrad worked as a marketing assistant for the UK’s largest supplier of own-brand dry pet foods and a key supplier to the pet shop trade. He also worked in the financial sector for several years for one of the largest UK banks. In both roles, he supported clients with their daily product needs and expertise, ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Additionally, he gained valuable experience through an internship with a London-based estate agency specialising in both sales and lettings.

Konrad is currently working towards his APC exams.

Katie Bennett

About: Katie assists the Northwich utilities team in all aspects of rural land management for a large spectrum of clients within the utilities and renewables sector. She joined Bell Ingram in 2024 and holds a BA in Geography from Keele University, which has provided her with a solid foundation in understanding environmental and land management issues.

Before joining Bell Ingram, Katie worked as a consultant landscape and estates manager for an award-winning environmental consultancy. In this role, she supported sustainable development projects across the UK, gaining invaluable experience in managing landscapes and estates with a focus on sustainability. Katie is currently working towards her APC exams, demonstrating her commitment to furthering her professional qualifications and expertise.

Will is currently studying Real Estate Management on the UCEM apprentice programme and working towards his APC exams.
