About: Alex Jameson is a hugely experienced Land Professional at Bell Ingram, specialising in Estate and Sporting Management, rental negotiation, budgeting, staff management, and valuation for farms and estates. He is the principal and owner of Jameson Rural, based in Perth, with a wide-reaching practice across Scotland and the North of England.

Alex is a Rural Practice Surveyor and RICS Valuer, qualified as MRICS and FAAV. He has extensive experience in rural estate management, estate planning, farming, forestry, landlord & tenant matters, compensation, and conservation work. Alex also has significant expertise in sporting management, particularly in grouse moors and estates across Scotland and the North of England. Additionally, he is experienced in renewable energy, with a focus on hydroelectric schemes, including valuations and agreements.
