About: Catherine is an AssocRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor specialising in utilities and infrastructure projects across Scotland. She works closely with utility providers, landowners and occupiers, providing professional advice on land referencing, wayleave and servitude negotiations, compensation claims, and the acquisition of land and access rights. Since joining Bell Ingram in 2023, Catherine has developed extensive experience supporting major infrastructure projects, helping to secure the land and rights required for essential energy, water and utility developments while ensuring the interests of landowners are protected. A graduate of SRUC with a BA (Hons) in Rural Business Management, Catherine has successfully completed her professional assessment and now holds the globally recognised AssocRICS designation, demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and technical competence within the surveying profession.
