About: Charles is an Associate based in Bell Ingram's Perth office, specialising in rural land management and estate management across Scotland. He brings experience advising private and institutional clients on a wide range of estate management, natural capital and rural business matters. His expertise includes delivering peatland restoration and woodland creation projects, managing large-scale estate investment programmes, and developing land management strategies to help clients achieve their long-term objectives. Charles is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Rural Land Management from the Royal Agricultural University. In 2023, he achieved the highest mark in Scotland in the CAAV examinations, earning the prestigious Martin Hall President's Cup.
