About: Dan is an Apprentice Surveyor based in Bell Ingram's Northwich office, supporting utilities and renewables projects across the North of England. He works with a wide range of clients, assisting with land access, infrastructure and rural property matters. Before joining Bell Ingram, Dan gained valuable experience within a rural surveying practice, where he developed strong communication, organisational and client relationship skills while working in a fast-paced professional environment. This experience provided him with a solid grounding in the rural property sector and helped shape his practical, client-focused approach. Dan is currently studying towards a BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University and is working towards Chartered Surveyor status (MRICS). Enthusiastic and adaptable, he is committed to expanding his technical expertise while delivering a professional and responsive service to clients.

 

 

 

Jack is an Apprentice Surveyor based in Bell Ingram’s Northwich office, supporting clients across the North of England with a focus on the utilities and renewables sectors. He is studying Real Estate at the University of the Built Environment through their RICS-accredited apprenticeship programme, which equips students with the technical skills and industry knowledge needed to succeed in the profession. On completion, Jack will become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He brings enthusiasm, commitment, and a proactive approach to developing his career within the surveying sector.
