About: Eilidh is a Graduate Surveyor based in Bell Ingram's Ayr office, gaining experience across rural property, estate management, valuation and utilities as she works towards Chartered Surveyor status through the APC. She graduated from Scotland's Rural College (SRUC) in Edinburgh with a BA (Hons) in Rural Business Management. As part of her studies, Eilidh completed a dissertation entitled A Critical Analysis of the Views of Farmers in the West and South of Scotland About Engaging in Forestry Enterprises, exploring attitudes towards forestry diversification within Scotland's farming sector. In recognition of her academic achievements, Eilidh was awarded the Best Valuation Report Prize by the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) and the Scottish Agricultural Arbiters and Valuers Association (SAAVA) for her fourth-year valuation report at SRUC.

Eilidh is an active member of Beith Young Farmers Club, where she takes part in a wide range of activities, including handicrafts, debating and performing in concerts. With a strong interest in agriculture, she enjoys spending her free time working on her family's beef farm, driving tractors for a local contractor, and caring for her horses and dog.
